The services · What can you do for me?

What the house
does for you.

Four chapters, by the shape of the need — and the relationship that holds them together. One tier only: the top. Every engagement is accepted by application, in limited number, and conducted under mutual confidentiality.

I

For collectors & estates

01

Collection Audit

Your collection, read object by object against the recorded market. For each work: current value ranges built on hammer prices — not asking prices — comparable results across a decade or more, the probability of revaluation, and the attributions that deserve a second look, in both directions. Collections are rarely worth what their owners believe; they are almost never worth what their insurers assume. We tell you which is which, in writing.

You receive — a complete written audit, object-level analysis, and a private review session.

02

Estate & Succession Intelligence

An inheritance is a collection meeting a deadline. We inventory, attribute, value, and — where instructed — design the dismantling: which pieces belong at which house, in which sale, in which country; which should be sold privately; which should not be sold at all. The routing of a single important lot to the right room can outweigh the fees of the entire engagement.

You receive — inventory, valuations, and a channel-by-channel disposal strategy.

03

Acquisition Counsel

Before you raise your hand. For a single lot or an entire campaign: what the object has actually made at auction, what the estimate conceals, the probability the price runs, and the attribution hinge on which its future value swings. Delivered before the sale, at whatever speed the sale requires.

You receive — a written pre-acquisition brief with probabilities, not adjectives.

04

Timing Intelligence: Sell or Hold

Markets in art move in long cycles. We read an artist's or a category's trajectory across decades of results — corrected for inflation, tier, and geography — and give you the honest version of the only question that matters: is this the moment, or does the moment come later? Sometimes the most profitable advice is to wait. We give that advice in writing, with the numbers that support it.

You receive — a cyclical analysis with scenario probabilities and a recommended horizon.

05

Collection Design

For those beginning, or beginning again: a collecting thesis built with you — territory, ceiling, sequence — and executed with the discipline of data. What to buy first, what to refuse, and how a coherent collection outperforms an accumulation of purchases.

You receive — a written thesis, an acquisition sequence, and standing counsel as it unfolds.

All engagements are by application and under mutual confidentiality.

II

For dealers & galleries

06

Stock Intelligence

Send us your stock — a list, an export, or simply your website. It returns transformed: every object with its market position, value range on real results, sale-through probability, the pieces priced against you, and the attributions worth revisiting — including those that may be worth more than you think. Most inventories contain both buried losses and buried premiums. We locate both.

You receive — an object-level intelligence report on your entire inventory, with a ranked action list.

07

Attribution Research

The distance between "attributed to" and a firm name is often the largest financial distance in this trade. We investigate: visual comparison against decades of recorded sales, documentary context, the market's own history of the object's family — and we state plainly what the evidence supports, what it does not, and what would change the answer. We do not issue certificates; we tell you what the market does with the ones that exist, and with the ones that are missing.

You receive — a written attribution dossier with the evidence, the probabilities, and the open questions.

08

Object Dossiers

For the works that deserve more than a caption: a documented dossier — material history, cultural context, market narrative — built on verifiable facts, written to the standard of the rooms where such objects are sold. A well-told truth has a measurable effect on a hammer price.

You receive — a publication-ready dossier for the individual work.

09

Standing Search Mandates

You tell us what you are hunting. Our systems read hundreds of catalogues a month, across every tier of the market, and flag what fits — including what is catalogued under the wrong name, which is where this trade's real margins have always lived. Discreet, continuous, and exclusive to the mandate.

You receive — a private flow of qualified opportunities, with our reading attached.

All engagements are by application and under mutual confidentiality.

III

For institutions, foundations & auction houses

10

Foundation & Institutional Review

Holdings reviewed for valuation currency, attribution soundness, and insurance congruity — the quiet discipline that boards and auditors eventually ask for, delivered before they ask. Periodic revaluation schedules available under continuing engagement.

You receive — an institutional-grade written review, renewable on schedule.

11

Insurance Value Schedules

Replacement values built from recorded results rather than habit. Over-insurance is a silent annual tax; under-insurance is a discovery made on the worst possible day. We put the probable number in writing, and we update it.

You receive — a value schedule per object, with methodology stated.

12

Auction House Advisory

Sale strategy, estimate architecture, catalogue sequencing, and the annual roadmap — informed by three decades inside the rooms and by data on what estimates, in which order, at which house, actually do to results. For houses being built, and for houses being saved. Under strict confidentiality, as this work has always been done.

You receive — what the engagement requires — from a single sale's architecture to a year's plan.

13

Due Diligence 360°

Before acquisition, consignment, or loan: origin, authenticity signals, the construction of the provenance — genuine or assembled — the certificates and what they are actually worth, including the standing the market currently grants their issuers, which changes over time. A certificate is not a fact; it is an opinion the market chooses to trust. We report on the state of that trust.

You receive — a complete due diligence report, stated in probabilities, with every open question named.

All engagements are by application and under mutual confidentiality.

IV

The continuing relationship

14

Radar

Every catalogue that matters, read before the sale: lot by lot, the probability of failure, of sale, of the estimate being left behind. After the sale, the reckoning — our predictions against the results, published to the member, uncorrected. We are the only advisory that shows you its scorecard.

You receive — pre-sale intelligence and post-sale verification, continuously.

15

The Concierge

The standing relationship: a principal with thirty years inside this market, working with ORACLE-1 — our proprietary analytical engine — on your questions as they arise. Not to decide for you; to ensure that when you decide, you hold every scenario and its probability, and none of the theatre. Members know in advance what a thing is likely worth, where it is likely to go, and — above all — where not to be wrong.

You receive — the house, at your disposal, within agreed cadence.

All engagements are by application and under mutual confidentiality.
